The Colorado State Parks Employees Protection Agency (CSPEPA) was founded in 2003. A group of state parks employees realized that we were moving into an era where lawsuits were fast becoming the norm. The goal of this non-profit agency is to provide members in good standing with retirement benefits, legal protection, liaison to Colorado Parks & Wildlife management staff, and representation in matters concerning Association membership.
